Au Gratin Vegetables

 

This recipe lists only two ingredients, but of course there is more to it to get the “cream vegetables.” I have linked to a bunch of Au Gratin recipes here so you have plenty of options for how to prepare the sauce. Sometimes we make au gratin potatoes for a main meal and add chopped up onion and ham or sausage to the dish. This veggie dish sounds pretty good too.
