Garlic Cheesy Sticks Recipe
Pull apart bread sticks are a favorite, the more cheese the better. If you are a cheese lover read on. This is a simple recipe everyone loves and I have to make more than 5 of these at a time! Serve with marinara to dip them in.
Provolone slices
Mozzarella slices
Granulated Garlic
Butter Melted
Fresh Basil
Oregano
Salt. pepper to taste
Shredded Cheddar
Shredded Mozzarella
Grated Romano Cheese
1 lb of dough per cheese stick recipe If you would like to make homemade pizza dough click here for my recipe
Roll out dough to a round 1/2 thick. Place 2 slices of cheese folded in half in the middle of the dough. Sprinkle evenly with granulated garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, fresh basil pieces on top of cheese. Fold over the dough and crimp dough sealing like a turnover half moon shaped. Melt around 1 tablespoon butter and brush the top. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, mozzarella shredded, then more granulated garlic, pepper, oregano and grated cheese.
Bake in a 400 degree hot oven for around 30 minutes until cheese is browned and dough is browned on top.
