Caramel Syrup For Apples

This is a short and sweet recipe, used on pancakes, topping but the best dip for apples just as a snack. A fall treat and especially great at parties....

CARAMEL SYRUP

1 c. brown sugar

1/2 heavy cream

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon butter

Bring to boil. Cool several hours in refrigerator .
