CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN AND AWARDS
Fried Chicken has always been the children favorite menu. I had tried a few recipes especially the Southern Fried Chicken and recently I tried a blogger friend recipe from Citra - My Home Diary In Turkey.
Wow as what Citra mentioned "My Super Crispy Fried Chicken" it really reflected the description...really...really crispy. You can serve it like the KFC way with mashed potato and coleslaw or serve it with rice like the "Ayam Penyet" way, either ways this fried chicken is really fantastic. Ayam Goreng memang berantu, anak-anak kalau dengan ayam goreng memang tidak pernah jemukan. Saya sudah cuba banyak resipi ayam goreng dan cuba mencari sesuatu yang ranggup dan sedap. Selalunya jalan pintas beli aje tepung yang sudah siap..tetapi kekadang cara itu tidak thrill tak syok, nak juga sesuatu dari usaha sendiri. Baru-baru ini terpandang resipi ayam goreng dari dapur Citra - My Home Diary in Turkey nampak menarik malah dari gambar aje udah nampak ranggup, jadi saya cuba resipi Citra, waduh..memang ranggup dan sedap. Kalau hendakan yang pedas bolehlah masukkan serbuk cili atau cajun. Resipi sesuai juga dijadi sajian untuk Nasi Ayam Penyet ataupun boleh dihidang ala KFC.
