Table for Two Recipes
I thought today would be a great time to reprise some of the recipes I've featured that are designed to feed just two people. One of the most difficult adjustments to make as the nest empties is learning how to cook in smaller quantities. At least it was for me. It sounds simple enough to do, but if you've spent years feeding the immediate world, there will be many a slip 'tween the cup and the lip and lots of leftovers in the fridge to boot.
