Lemon Sponge Pudding
Since this recipe only mentions the oven temperature as “moderate” a search of similar recipes online reveals the temp should be 325 to 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. I’m a sucker for lemon treats but not much of a fan of pudding. Still, I think I would have to give this one a try.
