Ingredients: 200ml Whipping Cream (chilled) 1 tbsp Castor Sugar 2 tbsp Nutella Method: 1. Combine whipping cream and castor sugar in a mixing bowl. 2. Float the bottom of the bowl in ice water. 3. Whisk the cream till fluffy, add in Nutella, whisk untill stiff.
