Banana Cake Mix Cake
prep time: 10 min cook time: 45 min total time: 55 mins
This is a semi-homemade cake made with bananas and a cake mix.
ingredients:
- 1 cake mix yellow (18.25 size)
- 1 box instant banana cream pudding or vanilla
- 3 mashed small bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
instructions:
- Place in a large mixing bowl and beat around 4 minutes with electric beater. Pour into 13x9 greased pan or bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 hot oven until middle comes out clean with a toothpick around 50 to 55 minutes.
- Cool completely. Top with real whipped cream and refrigerate. Or you can frost this with a light glaze if it's a bundt cake, with powdered sugar and water mixture or just powdered sugar sprinkled on top. I usually glaze a bundt cake and use the whipped cream when I do the 13x9 sheet cake.
