Chicken Parm Poppers
Chicken Parmesan Poppers. One of our favorite game day appetizers. Chunks of cut up Chicken Breast, rolled in a Italian bread crumb mixture, baked until golden and topped with marinara and mozzarella....
I line the baking pan with tin foil and add a few tablespoons of canola oil.
So easy by using a plastic bag to shake the chicken in add its evenly coated all around the pieces.

Cut into thick chunks, this makes a better presentation and won't dry out while baking.
