Fish Taco's with Chili Lime Sauce with an Italian Kick!

We just loved these, the first time we tried them! I couldn't wait to duplicate them the way we like ours! They turned out much better than we had at a local eatery~

Chili Sauce topping:
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 clove of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon each basil and parsley
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of hot sauce

Fish:
1 lb Haddock or other white fish filet, cod, or flounder 4 small filets
canola oil for frying

Seasoned flour:
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
sea salt and pepper to taste

1  package taco shells, warmed or flour tortillas

Toppings:
shredded cabbage slaw or lettuce
chopped tomato
chopped green peppers raw
salsa
 mashed avocado
 extra sour cream

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, spices, lime juice and hot sauce, mix in small bowl  together and set aside for spreading inside the flour tortilla.

In a plastic bag add flour and seasonings, shake fish, till well coated. Fry in canola oil till crispy and browned. Drain on paper towels and prepare the tortilla fillings.
Layer sauce, lettuce, tomato and peppers on the tortilla. Add fish inside taco.
Top with salsa, mashed avocado, sour cream or more hot sauce and cilantro.
