Irish soda bread
Always Im searching new bread recipes and find this in a old magazine (revista Paula cocina 2002)
and was awesome!
Is a good bread to serve like appetizers (with mashed avocado, ricotta,cheese, smoked salmon or other)
or in your breakfast
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup whole oats
1/4 cup of wheat germ
1 1/2 teaspoon of Baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
100 grs. unsalted butter
1 cup more 4 tablespoon of natural yogurt
sesame seeds to sprinkle
Method
Preheat oven to 180 ° c.
In a bowl mix flour, oats, baking soda and salt, add 90 grams of cold butter into pieces and work with fingertips until coarse crumbs form.
Add the yogurt and mix until a moist dough.
On a floured surface knead and and place the dough 3 minutes adding more flour if necessary (should be a soft dough)
Form a ball with the dough.
Place in a loaf mold make some cuts on the bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and dry on the surface.
Remove from oven and let cool for about two hours before cutting the slices.

Pan Irlandés
Me encanta hacer pan y siempre pruebo recetas y está la encontré super buena es de una revista Paula cocina antigua (2002) que siempre sus recetas son excelentes.
Es un pan que puede servir para el aperitivo (con ricotta,palta,queso o salmón ahumado) o para el desayuno.
Ingredientes
1 taza de harina sin polvos de hornear
1 taza de harina integral
1/2 taza de avena natural
174 taza de germen de trigo
1 1/2 cucharadita bicarbonato de soda
1 cucharadita de sal
100 grs. de mantequilla sin sal
1 taza más cuatro cucharadas de yogurt natural
Preparación
Precalentar el horno a 180° c
