Nigella Lawson raspberry crumble
I really love Nigella recipes and I see her when I can, love how she cook and her style, yes she doesnt complicate at kitchen that is I love.And sometimes make me laugh so is really important for me !
(and yes I know she is a beauty lol)
The original recipe is with strawberries the rest I make like her, so if you want use the berry you like.
filling
500 grs. raspberries freeze or fresh
50 grs. caster sugar
30 grs. ground almonds
4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Topping
150 grs. plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
80 grs. cold butter in diced
100 grs. flaked almonds
75 grs. sugar
Method
Preheat the oven at 190°c
Put the raspberries (or strawberries) into your pie dish
(I used a round one) and sprinkle over the sugar, almonds and vanilla extract. Give the dish a good shake or two to mix the ingredients.
Now for the crumble topping: put the flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and rub in the cold diced butter between thumb and fingers . When you ve finished, it should resemble rough, pale oatmeal.
Stir in the flaked almonds and demerara sugar with a fork.
Tip the topping over the raspberries filling, covering these with and even layer and pressing the topping in a little at the edges of the dish.
Set the dish on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, by which time the crumble topping will have darkened to a pale gold and some pink/red juices will be bubbling out at the edges.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving and if you like serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Crumble de frambuesas (Nigella)
Me encantan las recetas de Nigella Lawson y me gusta como es ella, simplemente le encanta lo que hace y me hace reir, no me gusta la gente que se toma a sí misma muy en serio. me gusta esa gente que vive la vida a concho sea como sea y así es ella.
ha! bueno he hecho muchas recetas de ella pero creo que es la primera vez que publico una.
La receta original es con frutillas pero la pueden hacer con lo que quieran, yo la hice con frambuesas y quedó maravilloso.
Ingredientes
500 grs de frambuesas o frutillas frescas o congeladas
50 grs. azúcar glass o en polvo
30 grs. almendras molidas
4 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
Cubierta crumble
150 grs. de harina
1 cucharadita polvos de hornear
80 grs. mantequilla fria en trozos
100 grs. almendras laminadas
75 grs. azúcar
Preparación
Precalentar el horno a 190 °c.
