red currants mini cakes









These red currants mini cakes cakes I find in an amazing blog that I know many years , La Tartine Gourmande, Bea is a  food writer, stylist and photographer , she born in France and now live in USA. Of course her pictures are georgeous (she work to some magazines) but the recipes are absolutely nice too.


Ingredients


   80 grs. glass sugar
70  grs. almond powder
150 grs flour, sifted
150 grs Red currants
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
60 grs. butter

Method

Preheat your oven at 180 °c 
Melt the butter in a pot.
Sift the flour and sugar separately.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, almond powder, sugar and baking powder.
Add the white eggs (lightly beaten with a fork), and mix.
Add the melted butter.
Grease muffin pans and divide the dough between the 4 molds or others mold you want.
Place the currants in the top and bake at oven about 30 minutes or until little golden.
Let cool  before unmolding

 Estas mini tartas están adaptadas de un blog precioso que se llama La Tartine Gourmande, Bea es fotógrafa profesional en revistas  especializadas de recetas gourmet, sus recetas además son muy buenas.


Ingredientes (4 mini cakes)

80  gramos azúcar glass
70 grs. harina de almendras
o almendras molidas
150 grs. de harina sin polvos de hornear
150 grs. de grosellas
3 claras de huevo
1/2 cucharadita polvos de hornear
60 grs. de mantequilla

Preparación

Precalentar el horno a 180 °c
