Mother's Day was always a unique and special day for me when my Mom was still alive.

Every year I dedicate one of her favorite recipes to her for breakfast to start the day.

Breakfast, brunch or dinner, Mother's Day would we an all-day event for sure.

Although mom has since past on, she always lives on in my kitchen and as I am sure many of yours do.

I cherish the sweet wonderful memories we had together.

I was always proud to show her how well she taught me.
