Chocolate Caramel Brownie Cups
(originally made 9/2005 and every Christmas since!)
Not a big surprise that a Candykisses recipe is a winner! I used Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix, made them in mini muffin tins, with one rolo per, and baked them for 10 mins. It makes 48 yummy bite size treats!
CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BROWNIE CUPS
1 pkg. (1 lb. 6.5 oz.) Betty Crocker Supreme Brownie Mix
48 chocolate covered caramel candy (Rolos), unwrapped
Mix brownie batter according to package directions.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups with 1 teaspoon batter.
Place Rolo small side down into batter.
Bake 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cool completely.
