Wagon Wheel Beef Soup
(originally made 10/06)
Yesterday I made Wagon Wheel Beef Soup for lunch. I didn't have wheels, so I used Fiori (flowers) instead. Also added some crushed red pepper flakes and real grated parmesan as a topper to my bowl.
