Italian Mushroom Pepperoni Sausage Four Cheese Pie
1/2 lb hot loose italian sausage cooked and drained 1 pastry crust deep dish 12 slices of pepperoni chopped 1 small can mushrooms drained 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 4 eggs 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 teaspoon oregano, parsley 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded provolone |
In a medium size bowl beat eggs and cream together. Add all cheeses, mix in meats, seasonings together. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degree hot oven, until browned on top around an hour. Serve warm.
